Abstract

The purpose of this research are to know: (1) about correlation between culture organization and commitment organization; (2) about correlation between job satisfaction and commitment organization; (3) about correlation between culture organization and job satisfaction with commitment organization.This research had done in several state elementary schools that placed on Kramatjati, East Jakarta. The method of this research is quantitative description approach. The purpose of using this method was to analyze the correlation between two or more variable through hypothesis test and also to identificate social phenomena that happened in real situation. The result of the research answering the hypothesis which are: (1) there’s a positive correlation between culture organization and commitment organization. It has proved with the result of regression assessment ? = 43,76 + 0,408 X1 and the result of coefficient correlation assessment is 0.645; (2) there’s a positive correlation between culture organization and commitment organization. It has proved with the result of regression assessment ? = 37,61 + 0,563 X2 and the result of coefficient correlation assessment is 0,575; (3) there’s significance correlation between culture organization and job satisfaction, with the result of assessment Fcount(24,89)>Ftable(3,22). Nevertheless, if school start to improve all of them, state elementary school will have honorary teacher with high dedication.Key notes: culture organization, commitment organization, and job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the effect of the principal managerial capabilities and organizational climate on the performance of school teachers. The research used a descriptive quantitative data collection techniques with questionnaires. There is a positive effect of managerial ability principals on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 13 Jakarta. There is a positive effect of organizational climate on the performance of Teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 13 Jakarta. There is a positive effect of managerial ability of principals and organizational climate on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 13 Jakarta. While the results of the value of R2 (R Square) is 0.417. This shows that for 41.7% headmaster managerial capabilities and organizational climate jointly positive effect on teacher performance while the remaining 57.3% influenced by other factors that are not observed by the authors.Keywords: Managerial Ability Principals, Organizational Climate and Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the difference of the item difficulty levels, the item discrimination powers, and the test reliabilities between the ordinary multiple choice (OMC) test and the association multiple choice (AMC) test. The population of the research was the second grade students of SLTPN 15 Bekasi, consisting 112 respondents. This quasi experimental research had utilized two group, randominized subjects post-test only design, using two treatments for each respondent, by giving them the OMC test and the AMC test after three week. The result of this research showed that the items difficulty levels of the AMC test was higher or the AMC test was more difficult than the OMC test. The research also indicated that the items discrimination powers of the AMC test was higher or the AMC test was more effective to differentiate between the higher ability testee and the lower ability testee than the items the OMC test. This research also indicated that not different test reliability between the AMC test and the OMC test.Keywords: the difficulty level, the discrimination power, the reliability test, the ordinary multiple choice (OMC), the association multiple choice (AMC).

Abstract

Salah satu pendapatan suatu negara berasal dsari pajak, pendapatan negara tersebut dapat diperoleh dari seluruh potensi sumber daya yang berasal dari dalam negeri. Anggaran Penerimaan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) dari tahun ke tahun, senantiasa memberikan tugas kepada Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk menaikkan penerimaan pajak kepada negara. Kepatuhan wajib pajak (tax compliance) dalam memenuhi tanggung jawab perpajakan merupakan salah satu kendala yang dapat menghambat keefektifan pemungutan pajak. Usaha kecil, dan menengah (UKM) merupakan sektor ekonomi yang mempunyai peran cukup besar dalam perekenomian nasional. Namun pada kenyataanya Ketidakimbangan kontribusi UKM dalam membayar pajak terjadi mis-match yang merupakan suatu indikasi bahwa tingkat ketaatan UKM dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan masih sangat rendah.Kata kunci : pajak, kepatuhan pajak, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM)

Abstract

Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk PT is a leading producer of flat glass and automotive glass in Indonesia. Modern industry is in a highly competitive global market embracing the concept of production rather than as an activity to transform inputs into outputs. Currently, the production concept is seen as the creation of value-added activities (value added), for each activity in the process must add value. Understanding the added value perceived is very important, it is useful to avoid waste (waste) in any productive activity. Currently, the benchmark used to assess the performance of the company based solely on the amount of output produced. Increasing the amount of output does not necessarily mean the company is also increasing productivity. Based on this conceptual research to measure productivity using value added productivity and value added productivity ratio as a basis for planning for increased productivity. From the results of measurements that have been made of the obtained value of value added productivity for the year 2009 amounted to 1,337,494 (Million) and in 2010 amounted to 1,792,329 (Million). As well as can be determined the ratio of the productivity and value of the Economic Value Added in 2010 amounted to 264,813.16 (Million Euro). Productivity measurement results using the value added productivity then do the evaluation, planning and productivity improvement to improve productivity in the company.

Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan di selain mencerdaskan kehidupan warganya, di sisi lain, bertujuan menjadikan manusia Indonesia seutuhnya. Tujuan penulisan masalah ini ingin mengangkat kembali arah kebijakan pendidikan yang demokratis di Indonesia saat ini. Di mana pendidikan yang demokrastis saat ini dipandang sebagai alternatif memanusiakan manusia yang mengerti akan hak dan kewajibannya. Sejarah pendidikan Indonesia melalui lintasan perjalanan sejarah otonomi pendidikan, tidak lepas dari perspektif demokrasi yang dipahami sejak masa orde lama, orde baru dan orde reformasi.
